GREENLAND

- Effective December 31, 2008, Metalex relinquished all of its exploration licenses with the exception of a 477 km2 area (on the above map, would represent a smaller portion of Subarea no. 1)
- Kel-Ex Developments has a 10 % free carried interest
TARGET RATIONALE
- Previous exploration discovered 10 areas containing diamond indicator minerals with “Ekati” type mineral chemistry
- Diamond bearing kimberlite float found in area
- Kimberlitic sills and dykes are know in the region
- The barren Paternoster kimberlitic dyke (20m wide and several km long) shows that bodies of potential commercial size may occur in the area
- Metalex has discovered diamond indicator minerals with exceptionl chemistry
METALEX WORK
- Metalex follow-up drainage and till sampling over most known anomalous areas
- two sample sites were found 430m apart contain high counts of diamond indicator minerals with exceptional chemistry
- Sturgeon Lake anomaly shows that many grains are very fresh (close to source)

FUTURE WORK
- Till and drainage sampling around Sturgeon Lake and up ice from positive samples
- Drilling of 16 shallow holes at Sturgeon Lake to collect basal till samples
- Ground magnetics, electromagnetics and gravity over part of Sturgeon Lake shoreline
- Geomorphological studies
- Sampling program, geophysics and drilling to locate source of Sturgeon Lake diamond indicator grains
- follow up of positive results obtained elsewhere
- reconnaissance sampling of untested ground
