Metalex Ventures Limited is a Canadian public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (“MTX”).
The Company’s focus is to explore for and develop commercial diamond deposits and it has a skilled
 management team with an established track record in this arena. Metalex explores for diamonds in 
Canada, Angola, and Greenland.

The Company’s principal projects in Canada are the “Ring of Fire”, Attawapiskat, Kyle Lake, and Wawa 
Projects in Ontario and the Quebec Project in western Quebec.  Its overseas projects are located in 
Angola, Greenland, Mali and Morocco.
